Employing electromagnetic waves in mobile communication networks has increased the level of human exposure to fields that may result concerns about health hazards associated involves soaking up cellular phone energy. The body is penetrated by emit from a cell phone. specific absorption rate (SAR) generated head and layers usually expresses thermal effect on tissue. main objective this paper investigate effects field induced inside through construction simplified model for both. RF-source models are built using ANSYS high-frequency structural simulator (HFSS). A planar inverted-F antenna (PIFA) will use assign SAR values different tissues fourth generation (4G) at an operational frequency 2.6 GHz power radiated 125 mW. simulated analyzed evaluate depending source-to-antenna distance its must not exceed safe limits harmful effects.
